"Seafood Tendon" is a bowl of four kinds of seafood, scallops from Okhotsk, Hokkaido, snow crab, shrimp, and squid. Thick scallops cultivated in the Sea of Okhotsk are fried in "medium rare", and it is said that the finish is crispy and has a condensed taste.
"New Year's Eve Tempura" is a seasonal menu sold only on New Year's Eve. A variety of shrimp are available, from single shrimp to "heavenly". The reservation acceptance period is from November 22nd to December 30th. As an early reservation privilege, if you make a reservation of 2,000 yen or more by December 25, you will receive "raw soba for 4 people" as a gift.
