I tried "Scallop butter mixed soba" sold in KALDI. Mazesoba made with Hokkaido flour noodles and Hokkaido scallop extract.
One meal per bag. Contains dried noodles and sauce.
Boil the noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes, tighten them with cold water, drain the water, and serve the noodles in a bowl with the sauce attached. Just top it with your favorite ingredients and you're done.
When I sip the noodles ... Uma! The noodles have a smooth and chewy texture that is not instant. A sweet and sour sauce that is entwined with the trolley on this vine koshi noodles. The perfect balance is the elegant scallop scent that gently escapes into the aftertaste, the richness of butter that produces a mellow mouthfeel, and the spicy spiciness that is slightly accented.
Butter doesn't insist so much, so I want more butter! I think that people who say that should be chased butter. Also, the flavor of the scallops is more elegant than I expected, so I wondered if I could buy the scallops myself and add toppings to make it even more luxurious. If you want to eat a slightly different noodle dish, why not add it to your options?
