Cafe & Meal MUJI Autumn Menu

Cafe & Meal MUJI, a restaurant attached to some MUJI stores, has launched its autumn menu. All of the delicatessen items are prepared using seasonal vegetables and ingredients, with an emphasis on balance and simple cooking methods to bring out the best of the ingredients.

At Cafe & Meal MUJI, you can choose your favorite deli and dessert to enjoy for lunch or dinner with rice. It is also available for tea time with dessert and coffee. To go is also available. On the official blog, several menu items from the recently launched fall menu are introduced.

The "Stir-fried Pork and Root Vegetables with Sweet and Spicy Sauce" is a dish of soft-cooked pork stir-fried with lotus root, carrot, and burdock root in a sweet and spicy sauce.

Grilled Eggplant and Paprika Marinated with Balsamic Vinegar" features roasted vegetables marinated in balsamic vinegar with soy sauce.

Dried Vegetables Salad is made with dried daikon radish, carrots, and burdock root in a broth made from dried shiitake mushrooms, kelp, and salt kouji.

The "Kabocha Bavarois" is a dessert-like delicacy featuring the gentle sweetness of pumpkin and rich cheese cream.
