What is its taste?
A nice combination of thick eggs and crispy chewy enoki mushrooms! Eggs are often entwined with elongated enoki mushrooms like noodles. The taste is a light Chinese style with the richness of oyster sauce and the spiciness of pepper. It is not too rich and has the flavor of eggs and enoki mushrooms.
The point is to make roasted eggs first and then remove them from the heat. With this effort, the eggs will be fluffy and the color will be beautifully finished.
