Hot and sour soup style porridge

100g (3.53oz) of chopped pork for one set of riceEnoki 50g (1.76oz)
3-4 shiitake mushrooms 1 beaten egg 400 ml of water
2 teaspoons of chicken broth
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of vinegar
A little salt and a pinch of peppercorn, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil

How to make
For enoki mushrooms, remove the stones and cut them into pieces that are easy to eat.Add sesame oil and pork to a pan heated to medium heat and fry. When the color changes, add enoki mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and fry until tender.
Add water, chicken broth, soy sauce, and salt and heat over medium heat. When it boils, add rice and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add vinegar and peppercorn, sprinkle in the beaten egg, and heat on medium heat until the egg is soft-boiled.
Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with green onions, sprinkle with chili oil and you're done!
