"Autumn Sweets Fair" in Colombin

"Autumn Sweets Fair" will be held in Colombin. Three types of cakes made with seasonal ingredients such as chestnuts, pumpkins, and sesame will be available. From August 28th to September 24th, it will be available at Colombin shops and salons in the Kanto, Chukyo and Kansai regions.

The contents and selling price of the fair menu are as follows. All notations include tax.

"Pumpkin Mont Blanc" is priced at 648 yen. Milk chocolate mousse wrapped in cassis jam is layered on the sable dough, and pumpkin cream using Hokkaido pumpkin is squeezed in a Mont Blanc style. The honey-pickled marrons in the cassis jam add depth to the taste. A dish where you can enjoy the harmony of pumpkin cream, shoko mousse, and cassis jam.

"Cesam Chocolat" is 648 yen. Sweet and sour Franboise jelly is wrapped in black sesame and chocolate mousse. The rich flavor and sweetness of sesame goes well with the rich chocolate. A delicious seasonal sweet with a pleasant sesame finish.

"Pumpkin roll" is 1,188 yen. About 12 cm in length. Ebisu pumpkin from Hokkaido is used. Pumpkin custard cream and whipped cream are wrapped in fluffy baked chocolate dough, and a generous amount of sweet pumpkin cream is squeezed on the top.
