Daisho will release "Habanero Shabu-Shabu Soup" as a new product for fall / winter 2020 on September 1st. The estimated price is 350 yen (excluding tax).
"Habanero shabu-shabu soup" is a straight-type shabu-shabu soup with a miso base made by adding habanero to red pepper and making it rich and delicious with doubanjiang and gochujang. Hot soup is entwined with shabu-shabu meat and vegetables, so there is no need for "tsukedare". If you use the soup after the hot pot and arrange it into "super spicy udon" or "super spicy sundubu style", the "super spicy menu exploration" will continue. Of the red peppers used, it contains 6% habanero.
