Motsu "Tofu to Eat: Spicy and Delicious Stewed Motsu" is a microwavable side dish. Each serving contains 9.5g (0.18oz) of carbohydrates, 18.5g (0.18oz) of protein, and 237kcal of calories, with a spiciness level of 3.

After removing the lid and taking out the tofu and ingredients, pour the tofu contents into the container and cover with more ingredients. Then, put the lid on and heat in the microwave based on the heating time guideline. When the whole mixture is heated through, mix the tofu with the ingredients to complete the dish! The picture on the package is for reference only. Negi (green onion) and shichimi (seven spice) are not included.

It is more voluminous than you think because it contains a whole block of tofu! It also has a good amount of plump motsu. The vegetables and motsu are great when you chew them! The spiciness level is 3, but I didn't mind the spiciness too much.

The saltiness is just right, and when mixed with the tofu, it's just right! Low in sugar and protein, this is a great convenience store meal on a diet. If you don't have time to make snacks, you can have it with your dinner!
