"Fruit and herb liquor" is a liqueur made by a method called "combination method" in which the herbs that are the raw materials are put together and soaked in the liquor as it is. The flavor of the herbs is brought out by selecting the herbs that enhance the deliciousness of the fruit and extracting the ingredients in the sake.


"Scented white peach and apricot kernel" contains chimpi, narco lily, adlay, rosemary, safflower, angelica root, dandelion and apricot kernel. Finished by adding white peach juice. Alcohol content 10%. The estimated price is 380 yen (excluding tax) with 300 ml per bottle.

◆ I drank it

A sweet scent that spreads softly the moment you put it in your mouth. I imagined herbal liquor with a complex herbal flavor, but in a good way it overturned the image. The flavor of each herb is a supporting role, and the main is fresh white peach. You will be healed by the elegant apricot kernel scent. Alcohol content is a little high at 10%, but it may be a little dangerous to drink like juice because it is sweet.
