Yomei Sake "Shinshu Apple and Honeybush

A new product from the Yomei Sake "Fruit and Herb Sake" series, "Shinshu Apple and Honeybush," will be released on September 1.

It uses "Shinano Sweet" apple juice, which is characterized by its sweet and juicy flavor. The rich flavor of the apple is brought out by blending honeybush and other compatible herbs.

Honeybush is an herb with a sweet honey-like aroma. It goes well with apples and enhances the flavor. The blend also includes cloves, star anise, and a total of 10 other herbs. Apple brandy was added as a secret ingredient to give depth to the flavor.
