. The sweet and sour taste of strawberries, milky condensed milk cream and apricot syrup, sweet and refreshing aroma of basil and dill, floral scents of rose and elderflower, and candy flower decorations express the girlishness of the parfait.

The crisp, spicy aroma of cardamom and the soft flavor of amaretto round out the whole. The jarring texture of the cardamom sugar at the end and the aroma of various plants make you think of a little girl playing with nature in this nostalgic yet new strawberry parfait. The flower candy becomes a slightly rose-scented tea when dissolved in warm tea.
