Bar Launched in September 2021, the "Gororon Fruit Apple Pie Bar" is an ice cream bar that tastes like a real apple pie thanks to the combination of ice cream, sauce, fruit pulp, and pie, as well as the luxurious feeling of being filled with apple pulp. The new version of the ice cream bar has been redesigned to allow customers to enjoy an even fresher apple flavor by increasing the amount of apple puree in the sauce portion, while maintaining the rich apple pulp.


The new apple sauce, which contains more apple puree for a fresher taste, is mixed with a generous amount of apple pulp and crushed pie crust. About one-third of the sauce is apple pulp. The apple sauce contains caramel syrup to give it a baked apple flavor, and a small amount of cinnamon to give it an apple pie-like appearance. The thick custard ice cream, which goes well with the sweet and sour taste of the apples, is made with Hokkaido cream and egg yolks for a rich, sweet flavor.
