Honey made by
soaking coffee beans
This is a collaboration product between Doutor Coffee and "Hachi-no-Oto," which runs its own beekeeping and consistently focuses on 100% domestic honey. By grinding carefully selected coffee beans and soaking them in honey, the aroma of the coffee beans and the sweetness of the honey become one in this new product. It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, such as on bread or yogurt, mixed into coffee or other drinks, or used to make sweets.
Ingredients are hyakka honey (domestically produced) and coffee beans. Contents 140g (4.94oz), price 1,600 yen (tax included).
Bee's Sound and Doutor Coffee are working together to use some of the discarded jute bags used to transport green coffee beans as fuel for the fumigation necessary for beekeeping.
This product is a processed honey product.
This product is not sold in Doutor Coffee Shop stores.
