A menu that expresses the world view of Ghibli movies, I would like to convey the taste to everyone as a cornerstone of Ghibli fans! So, I went to Roppongi Hills to eat. Among them, we would like to introduce 5 recommended "Ghibli menus"!

1, fried egg toast & meatball soup

Croque Madame baked with ham and cheese sandwiched between two toasts, white sauce (bechamel sauce) and fried egg. A tomato-flavored soup containing two meatballs is included in the set.


It seems to be the image of that "Laputa bread" that Pazu and Sheeta were eating and that soup that Pazu said "Put two meatballs!".

When you bite into the toast, the fragrant sauce with a slight browning, creamy cheese, and soft-boiled egg melt in your mouth!


There is a lot of ham between the breads. The more you chew, the more moist and salty it spreads. Not to mention the compatibility with cheese!


The meatball soup is full of vegetables such as onions and carrots, and mushrooms. The sourness of the tomatoes works well, making it a perfect taste for summer.

A hamburger like "Makurokurosuke" that appears in Totoro. Menchi-katsu, which is flavored and colored with medium-concentrated sauce and bamboo charcoal, is topped with eggplant and mizuna, and sandwiched between buns colored black with bamboo charcoal.


Fluffy buns, crispy mizuna, moist eggplant. When you bite into it, you will be greeted by various textures. And the minced meat cutlet wrapped in crispy batter is thick, and when you chew it, the gravy is juicy from inside!

3, herring and pumpkin pie

Broccoli and bacon are added to herring and pumpkin, and white sauce and cheese are combined and wrapped in a pie. It is topped with olives.

I think there are many people who hurt the pie delivered by the witch Kiki when they said, "I hate this pie." And there should be many people who are interested in "what kind of taste is it?"

When I try it, it's really delicious ...! The crisp and fragrant pie has a rich butter flavor and a rich sweetness. The moist mouthfeel is also elegant.

For juicy shaved ice, I'm happiest to eat a mixture of lemon and melon! A perfect balance of sweetness and sourness, it soaks into the lit body.

The blue jelly, which is so beautiful that you will want to shout "Bals!", Is colored with Blue Curacao (spirit). When I put the flying stone in my mouth, I missed the elasticity of Poyonpoyon (that's right ...). When chewed, the refreshing sweetness spreads.
