This product is made by topping shaved ice with Uji matcha sauce, crushed tart dough with white balls and sugar coating, and espuma cheese cream. The fluffy cheese cream made by the espuma method expresses the melting texture of cheese tart. Azuki is hidden in the shaved ice, which is an accent to the taste.
