We launched the "Love Japan" project with the aim of making it a reality, and since fiscal 2017 we have been selling potato chips that reproduce the local flavors of each of the 47 prefectures in limited quantities and for a limited time.

Kanagawa's taste "Potato Chips Yokohama Family Ramen", which will be released as the first product in 2020, was released in March 2019 (brand name "Potato Chips Yokohama Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen Flavor") and became popular. Under the supervision of Yoshimuraya, the head of the family ramen, the potato chips are finished to reproduce the rich taste of tonkotsu soy sauce.

A rich soup based on tonkotsu and chicken bones with soy sauce added to reproduce the rich taste. You can enjoy the crispness of Iekei Ramen with potato chips.
