The selling price is 1,080 yen (tax included) per bottle. Nogami is a popular jam every year, and fresh white peaches from Yamagata prefecture are used. The peach pulp, which is said to have 90% water content, is carefully stewed so as not to break it, resulting in a refreshing taste. The sugar content is 40 degrees, and you can enjoy the soft texture and rich flavor of peaches by putting plenty of Nogami on the beautiful bread.

・ 1 piece of “raw” bread ・ 3 tablespoons of white peach jam
・ 9 slices of white peach ・ Cream cheese as much as you like ・ Mentha as you like

How to make
1. Toast "raw" bread, apply cream cheese and top with slices of white peach.
2. Place white peach jam on top of white peach and add mint if you like.
