Fresh domestic green asparagus is used for "Toku Champon Green Asparagus". You can enjoy the crispy texture and sweetness of asparagus. Eight kinds, a total of 286g (10.09oz) of domestic vegetables are used.


The soup that enhances the deliciousness of asparagus has a mellow taste that combines tonkotsu and soy milk cream. Olive oil and black pepper accentuate the taste.

"Toku Champon Hokkaido Corn Butter Miso" uses 100g (3.53oz) of sweet Hokkaido corn (super suite). An appetizing taste that combines the scent of savory charred soy sauce and the richness of butter in a corn that has been roasted to bring out the sweetness. Seven kinds of domestic vegetables, totaling 340g (11.99oz), are used.


The soup is made by adding pork backfat to miso, which goes well with corn butter. The scent and umami of miso is combined with the sweetness of backfat and the flavor of black pepper to create a deep flavor.
