"Toku Champon Mao Eggplant" will appear as the second menu of "Foundation Festival" at each Nagasaki Champon specialty store "Ringer Hut". It will be on sale for a limited time from December 24th to January 24th, 2021.

The selling price is 869 yen (tax included, same below), and you can double the amount of noodles for an additional 110 yen. To go (mobile order) is also possible. Delivery services are also available, but the selling prices are different.

The "Toku Champon" series is a special champon that uses carefully selected materials, and various menus are available for a limited time and only at stores. Toku Champon Mao Eggplant has a total vegetable weight of 308g (10.86oz). 70g (2.47oz) of domestic eggplant is used, and after receiving the order, it is browned and the special mapo tofu miso is firmly entwined.

Furthermore, it is finished with mellow soy milk tonkotsu soup to enhance the taste of Mao eggplant. If you eat meat miso while dissolving it in the soup, you can enjoy the gentle taste of dandan noodles. It is also possible to change the taste by adding the spicy, numbing Fajao oil that comes with it.


As a general rule, it is handled by Ringer Hut nationwide, but please note that some stores are not eligible.
