From July 1st, it will be on sale for a limited time at each store and the direct sales site "BAKE THE ONLINE". During the period, "PRESS BUTTER SAND Tokyo Station Store" and "PRESS BUTTER SAND Hakata Station Store" will also handle "freshly baked butter sand [lemon]".


Butter sand [lemon] was developed as a flavor limited to Chugoku and Shikoku in commemoration of the opening of "PRESS BUTTER SAND Sansute Okayama store". This time, it will be handled in other regions in response to requests for nationwide sales.


Setouchi lemon is used abundantly, and lemon peel powder is mixed in the cookie dough, and each one is pressed and baked. In addition, the butter cream sandwiched inside is mixed with "lemon zest" which is a powder of lemon zest, and the caramel paste is also mixed with "lemon curd" which is a paste of lemon juice. Lemon is used in all parts, and it has a refreshing acidity, a refreshing scent, and a slight bitterness that accentuates it.

The package features a vivid yellow individual wrapping that makes it look as if the deliciousness of lemons grown in the warm climate of Setouchi was packed in a box.
