Zucchini with Curry and Cheese
Ingredients
1 zucchini1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon cheese powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon granulated or powdered Japanese soup stock
Preparation
Mix curry powder, cheese powder, dashi, and salt.Slice zucchini into 1 cm pieces and cut into semi-circles.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and brown zucchini.
When both sides are browned, turn off the heat and add seasonings.
