Stir-fried Zucchini and Young Corn with Garlic
Ingredients
1 zucchini50 g young corn
1/3 teaspoon salt
A pinch of black pepper
About 5 garlic slices
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
Wash zucchini and cut into 3mm slices. Cut young corn diagonally into thirds.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add garlic slices. When the garlic is fragrant, add the zucchini and cook over medium heat.
