◆ How to make
Put potato starch and almond powder in a plastic bag and mix.
Add honey, coconut oil and water in that order and mix well. The trick is not to put all three ingredients together, but to mix each time you put them in and then put the next one.

Roll the dough into bite-sized pieces with a diameter of about 2 cm.

Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 15 minutes. If it looks soft, heat it for an additional 2 minutes (adjustment required by oven).
