6 tablespoons of potato starch
3 tablespoons sugar
* Below, 3 tablespoons of soybean flour for seasoning if you like
3 tablespoons sugar
Appropriate amount of salt
How to make
Put milk, potato starch and sugar in a pan and heat to mix well.

After boiling, mix for about 2 minutes. Place the parchment paper in a flat container such as a vat and pour the boiled dough into it. When the heat is removed, go to the refrigerator.

When it cools down, divide it into pieces that are easy to eat, and put them in a bowl to complete the process.

Topped with a mixture of soybean flour, sugar and salt of your choice.

It ’s milky!
When eaten, it has a thick and elastic mouthfeel. When chewed, it has a chewy texture and a texture similar to that of handmade almond tofu.
It melts in your mouth and spreads the mellow richness and sweetness of milk. The savory, sweet and sour kinako toppings complement this. It tastes simple, but it's insanely delicious ...!

It's a simple recipe that you just boil and cool, so it's perfect for your own or family snacks! In addition to soybean flour, you can also top it with matcha or cocoa, add fruit, or put it in oshiruko. Try various arrangements.
