Milk 400ml (13.53us fl oz)
6 tablespoons katakuriko (potato starch)
3 tablespoons sugar
*For seasoning as desired
3 tablespoons soybean flour
3 tablespoons sugar
Salt to taste
Directions
Put milk, potato starch and sugar in a pan and mix well over heat.Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Place a cookie sheet on a flat container, such as a bat, and pour the cooked dough into the sheet. Remove from heat and refrigerate.
When the dough has cooled, divide it into bite-size pieces and place them in a bowl.
Top with a mixture of soybean flour, sugar, and salt to taste.
