"Kanefuku Eating Chili Oil Mentaiko" is a chili oil containing almonds, fried garlic, sesame seeds, fried onions, and large sesame seeds soaked in Kanefuku's original seasoning liquid. You can enjoy the grainy texture of mentaiko, the spicy spiciness and umami.


There is plenty of mentaiko in the bottle. First of all, I tried topping the rice with green onions and hot spring eggs.
