"Kanefuku" is a long-established store of mentaiko that is familiar in the mentaiko theme park "Mentai Park". This time, the third collaboration project with wide noodles Dodekai Ramen has been realized, and two products, "Baby Star Dodekai Ramen (Menta Mayo Flavor / Grilled Meita Flavor)" will be released. You can enjoy the flavor of mentaiko that scents the moment you put it in your mouth and the spiciness that spreads in your mouth as you chew it with wide noodles and a crispy texture of dodekai ramen.

"Menta Mayonnaise" is made by kneading "Kanefuku" mentaiko into the noodle dough and seasoning it with a menta mayonnaise-flavored sauce. The flavor of mayonnaise and the spicy spiciness of mentaiko are addictive.
