Tofu yogurt mousse

Easy sweets that do not require an oven! Introducing the recipe for "Tofu Yogurt Mousse".

◆ Materials (for 2 people)

Silk tofu 50g (1.76oz)
Greek yogurt (unsweetened) 150g (5.29oz)
Sponge cake Appropriate amount Strawberry jam 50g (1.76oz) (Adjust to your liking)
Powdered gelatin 5g (0.18oz)
3 tablespoons of hot water

◆ How to make

1. Dissolve gelatin powder in hot water

2. Put tofu, yogurt, jam and melted gelatin in a food preservation bag and knead well (use a blender for a smoother finish).

3. Spread a small piece of sponge cake in a glass and pour (2) from above.

A delicate mouthfeel that melts smoothly on the tongue. The gentle richness of tofu and yogurt and the juicy sweetness of strawberries spread together. The soybeans and the soyness peculiar to yogurt cancel each other out, resulting in a very mellow finish. A nice accent with a moist sponge that absorbs moisture.

I used strawberry jam this time, but I also recommend using blueberries and marmalade. If you use a storage bag, the amount of washing will not increase, so it seems good to make various flavors at once and enjoy it ♪
