Lawson's "Basque Basque-style cheese cake" has sold a total of 32 million units since its launch in March 2019. The blockbuster sweets have been renewed for the first time! It will be released on December 25th. The price is 215 yen (tax included).

◆ What has changed?

We reviewed the formulation and baking method, and increased the amount of pure fresh cream and egg yolk from Hokkaido. In response to the voice that "the surface is sticky and a little difficult to eat", the stickiness of the surface has been reduced and it has been improved to make it easier to eat.

But even if you listen to the explanation, you can't tell if it's more delicious if you don't actually eat it. So, I tried to compare the Basque before and after the renewal with the two members of the eating editorial department.
