A collaboration menu of ramen "Kourakuen" and pork cutlet "Katsuya" is available at each store. This time, we will try "Sauce Katsu Don" which can be ordered at Kourakuen. It's easy to eat in a small bowl size, and you can enjoy the delicious taste of cutlet with a firm sauce.


The price is 380 yen (tax included, same below). If it's a single item, it's a light meal, and if you want to fill your stomach, you can add ramen (starting at 440 yen), and if you can't get enough, you can add vegetable dumplings (240 yen).


Sauce cutlet bowl is a specialty gourmet of the Aizu region centered on Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture, which was founded by Kourakuen. This is supervised by Katsuya.

There are two bite-sized cutlets with crispy shredded cabbage on top of rice and plenty of "secret sauce" on top. The crispy batter and the tender pork are entwined with plenty of sauce, and the chopsticks are advancing.


At first I wrote it as a small bowl, but it's a story compared to a ramen bowl. It's larger than a rice bowl, it contains a lot of rice, and the amount of blue cabbage is quite large. The cutlet is tightly packed in the clothes, and it has a good taste.


The sauce not only soaks into the batter, but also hangs on the rice, and has a moderate saltiness and a sweet and sour taste reminiscent of fruits, which is appetizing. A highly complete finish that does not require anything else. There is more than enough to fill my stomach, but I still want more volume, and next time I want to eat a full-sized sauce cutlet bowl.

Kourakuen's ramen-flavored " Ramen Croquette " set meal is also on sale at Katsuya. This is also a meat that has been soaked in ramen soup, but it has a very nice taste.
