I tried the collaboration menu "Ramen Croquette and Loin Cutlet Set Meal" of Tonkatsu "Katsuya" and Ramen "Kourakuen". It contains a lot of potatoes and has a taste reminiscent of meat and potatoes made from ramen soup.


The price is 690 yen (excluding tax). Kourakuen's ramen noodles are used, and ramen ingredients and Hokuhoku potatoes are made into croquettes in the store.


There are two large croquettes. When you break both of them, you will find bright green onions, thin noodles, meat, and potatoes with a lumpy feel. The impression of a bite is meat and potatoes. Moreover, it does not have the usual soy sauce-based flavor, and has a unique umami flavor that makes it look like it is simmered in ramen soup.


It's more like ramen, it's quite spicy with plenty of pepper. The tongue is tingling.


It's salty enough to serve as a side dish without sauce, but once it's done, the taste becomes more complicated.




In addition, there is plenty of loin cutlet, and although it is not cut, it can be easily torn with chopsticks. When you put your teeth on the crispy batter, the deliciousness of the pork spreads from the inside. By the way, since it is a set meal, pork soup is also included. There are a lot of large pieces in it, and the soup is full of pork umami.
