MUJI "Random grain bean paste"
Tightly grained bean paste!

I tried MUJI's sweet "Unmatched bean paste pie". When the pie of the dough is baked in an oven toaster, it becomes crispy, and the azuki bean scent rises from the bean paste inside.

The price is 150 yen (tax included) and the calories are 241 kcal. It is a "mismatched" series that makes use of things that were repelled regardless of the taste, such as uneven baking, unevenness, and deformation, but the stick-shaped soup that is easy to eat is rather something else. Rather than "Hanedashi", it makes me think that it was roughly baked like this from the beginning.

Is it uneven?

When I put the knife in, it was quite solid. The dough for the pie is thick, and the dough is fairly dense.

Poppy seeds are petit petit

You can bake it as it is, but if you want to make the dough crispy, it is recommended to bake it in an oven toaster for about 3 minutes.

If it is baked, it will be crispy

The scent of the pie also increases, and when you bite it, the sweet scent of azuki spreads in your mouth. The poppy seeds (poppy seeds) sprinkled on top also have a nice texture. There is a fair amount of volume, so if you combine it with some unbranded sweets, it will be a light meal. They are often lined up on the same shelves as the shops such as Baumkuchen and cakes, so you can enjoy various combinations.
