The lineup includes an 8 cm size for one person for 760 yen (tax included, same below) and a 15 cm size for 6 to 8 people for 4,320 yen. Other toppings include the finest organic maple syrup from Canada (+100 yen), salt from Brittany, France (+60 yen), and homemade caramel sauce (+110 yen). This time, I purchased two for one person and three toppings.

The densely packed dough melts in the mouth and spreads a rich sweetness. The savory flavor of the top surface makes it taste like a cake made from baked pudding! The richness of the cheese spreads gradually. Overall, it is a very solid and satisfying dish.

It can be enjoyed on its own or with toppings for an added touch. Maple syrup, which contains no additives, adds a gorgeous sweetness and flavor. The fragrant and bittersweet caramel sauce changes the flavor to a slightly more mature taste. The method of sprinkling rock salt over the toppings is also popular in their home country. It will be fun to experiment and find your favorite combination.
