The holiday dessert "Ichiei Taguma x Desert Chocolat Discovery" is a chocolate cake that combines the richness of chocolate with the acidity of citrus in collaboration with Ichiei Taguma, the executive chef of "Libre" in Shirokane-takanawa, Tokyo.


Chocolate mousse and crumble fiantine (crushed thinly baked crepe skin) are layered on top of a lemon sponge coated with lemon confiture, and the chocolate sponge is placed on top of it.

The whole is wrapped in chocolate cream, and the top is topped with an orange napage that looks like a pale light of illumination. In the chocolate cake, the refreshing acidity of lemon and the crispy texture of crumble fiantine are accented, and it is a dessert with a fun discovery as you eat.
