GYU-KAKU's new grand menu

From GYU-KAKU, a total of 17 new grand menu items including "rolled mushroom ribs" and "beef tongue salt yuzu toro ponzu" have appeared. A part of the lineup is as follows.

・ Rolled mushroom ribs
The fragrant "flavored mushroom" has a slightly sweet and crispy texture. Wrap it in beef rose calvi and soak it in green onion ponzu so that you can enjoy it refreshingly. The taste of enoki mushrooms and beef rose calvi grown in an environment close to nature are seasoned with simple salt and pepper, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients. The price is 590 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

・ Beef tongue salt Yuzu toro ponzu
A menu that you can enjoy with plenty of fluffy tongue entwined with beef tongue salt that is well kneaded with secret salt sauce. Yuzu Toro Ponzu is a sauce-style combination of chopped yuzu and shikuwasa, which is a special ponzu vinegar made by GYU-KAKU. We also recommend the "Beef Tongue Yuzu Toro Don", which is eaten with beef tongue on rice and sprinkled with Yuzu Toro Ponzu. The price is 890 yen.
