Matsuya will offer Pork Karubi Yakiniku Teishoku and Negi-Salt Pork Karubi Don on October 3, starting at 10:00 a.m.

After a series of revisions, Matsuya's "Pork Yakiniku Teishoku," which has been sold as "Thick Pork Yakiniku Teishoku" since 2019, has been revamped into "Pork Karubi Yakiniku Teishoku." The first pork yakiniku teishoku in four and a half years features the delicious flavor of fat and the savory taste of juicy grilled meat on an iron plate. To make the dish even more delicious, the lineup includes "Oni Oroshi" (grated daikon radish) for a refreshing taste, "Negitama" (a thick, melty half-boiled egg in a special gochujang-based sauce with plenty of green onions), and "Negi-negi" (a small bowl of green onion sauce and green onions), a must-have for those who love leeks.

: Negi-Shio Pork Kalbi-don, which first appeared in 2011 and has remained one of Matsuya's most popular rice bowls, is now available with pork ribs for an even better taste. The dish consists of grilled pork ribs topped with sesame oil, citrus-scented "negi dare" and crunchy green onions.
