Mos Burger "Jumbo Menchi"
I want to eat fried food!

I tried Mos Burger's new autumn menu "Jumbo Menchi". The minced meat cutlet, which is large enough to stick out of the buns, is juicy and goes well with the fluffy shredded cabbage.

The price is 335 yen (excluding tax). It is said that the size of the beef menchi-katsu is so large that it sticks out of the buns no matter where you eat it from 360 degrees. Menchi-katsu is said to be coarsely ground to a size of about 9.5 mm, including beef ribs and beef thighs.

Before eating, first try to tear off the cutlet. It's a juicy minced meat that overflows with gravy. If it's lunch, this alone will make you full.

When you tear off the end of the cutlet with your hand, the gravy overflows.

When you bite into it, you'll be amazed at how juicy it looks, and the julienne cabbage that goes into your mouth is very fluffy and has a nice texture. The crispy feeling is low, and it feels like cotton candy.

Finely chopped leafy vegetables suck the cutlet sauce very well. This sauce is said to have the sweetness of onions and soy sauce added to the secret flavor, seasoned with salt and black pepper, to enhance the taste of the meat of the minced meat. Is it lighter than the sauce that comes out at so-called pork cutlet specialty stores? It's a lot, but it's not strange.

The fluffy shredded cabbage is well stained with cutlet sauce.

Flattening the oversized minced meat and shredded cabbage with the soft and plump Mos Burger buns gives the impression that it's completely satisfying and you don't even need a side menu. Recommended when you want to easily and firmly stick to fried food.
