Anno Sweet Potato - "Pino Honey Potato Brulee Flavor - Anno Sweet Potato" is a bite of sweet potato ice cream coated with sweet potato flavor chocolate mixed with caramel flavored sugar chips. This is the first flavor in Pinot's history where you can enjoy the taste as if you are eating honeypotato brûlée.


The mitsumo ice cream is made with a paste of Anno sweet potatoes produced on Tanegashima Island, which gives it a rich, sticky, sweet mitsumo flavor. The sweet potato flavored chocolate is mixed with caramelized toppings that resemble the savory brûlée part of the sweet potato ice cream, which enhances the taste and texture of the sweet potato brûlée.
