Seasonal menus "Conger eel and megochi tendon" and "Awao chicken tendon" will be on sale from August 8th at "Tendon Tenya". A summer-like tendon that makes the best use of seasonal ingredients, and a new menu of tendon for meat lovers.

The price of conger eel and megochi tendon is 880 yen (tax included, same below) with miso soup. A cup where you can enjoy the popular "conger eel" and "megochi" as summer-only materials. The soft texture of conger eel has a slight sweetness, and it has a light taste that goes well with tempura. The popular "shrimp," "fried red ginger," "nori-ten," and "okra" are all available. I will prepare. It goes well with grated soba and tororo soba that can be set for an additional fee.


Awao chicken tendon is 730 yen with miso soup. The local chicken "Awao chicken" from Tokushima prefecture, which has acquired the specific JAS certification, is used for the first time as Tenya. It has elasticity, a slightly reddish and smooth flesh, and is characterized by a moderate texture and richness. It contains a lot of amino acids such as glutamic acid, which is an umami ingredient. "Kakiage of pickled ginger," "seaweed tempura," and "maitake" are included, and you can also add a soft-boiled egg for an additional charge of 50 yen.


"Awao Chicken Kotendon and Soba (or Udon) Set" will be released as the 4th item of the menu "Tenya no Gatsuri Dinner" that can be ordered after 17:00. Even if you make a large serving of soba or udon (1.5 times the amount), the price will remain unchanged. The price is 950 yen. A set with a black vinegar drink that is easy to drink with apple juice is also available, and this is 1,050 yen.

You can also take home the seasonal menus as "Conger Eel and Megochi Tendon Bento" and "Awao Chicken Tendon" respectively. The price does not change, but miso soup is not included.
