How does yogurt carbonara taste?

Refreshing and delicious! The richness of the milk and egg yolk gives the dish a thick texture, but the refreshing sourness of the yogurt leaves a soft aftertaste. But it is not too sour. Thanks to the Parmesan cheese, it is mellow. It's like adding sour cream! And you feel less guilty after eating it (*this is my personal opinion).

It is less expensive and less caloric than using whipped cream, so it should solve the dilemma of "I want to eat it, but it's too expensive (in cost or calories)...! This should solve the dilemma of "I want to eat it, but it's too expensive (in terms of cost or calories)! The slight sourness of the yogurt is quite addictive!
