New sweets "Matcha Gateau Chocolat" and "Peach Vanilla Yogurt Parfait" are on sale from June 12th at each Sushiro store.

Matcha Gateau Chocolat is a special matcha sweet that brings out the flavor of Uji matcha. By making it "steamed" so that you can enjoy the original taste of matcha, it is said that the mouthfeel is moist and light, while retaining the rich flavor of matcha. The price is 180 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


On the other hand, the thigh vanilla yogurt parfait is a luxurious dish that uses plenty of ripe white peaches. The sweetness of elegant white peach, the refreshing sour vanilla yogurt ice cream, and the sweet and sour Franboise sauce go well together. You can enjoy the exquisite harmony of melting white peach, smooth vanilla yogurt ice cream, and framboise sauce. The price is 300 yen.


Also, from the same day, the new "Sushiya no Mazesoba" series "Sushiya no Marbo Mazesoba" will be released. It is a dish that you can enjoy the mellow authentic mapo tofu that is particular about the spiciness and umami of shrimp, entwined with the smooth noodles. The price is 330 yen.
