At each Sushiro store, the popular " chocolate mint ice cake " last year (2018) has been revived as a summer grand menu. It will be on sale from June 5th.

At the same time, two summer-like "Kakigori Parfaits" will be released.


"Milk Ujikintoki Shaved Ice Parfait" is Sushiro's first dessert ice parfait. Thick Uji matcha shaved ice, Uji matcha ice cream, and warabimochi from Kyoto Mine Arashido are topped on the shaved ice. In addition, it is finished with a fluffy espuma-style cream that melts in the mouth. The price is 280 yen.

"Soda Kakigori Parfait" is a cold dessert that is very popular every year because of its crispy mouthfeel. The refreshing soda-flavored shaved ice, ice cream, and jelly are a perfect match. It is recommended to eat a mixture of ice, jelly, and ice. The price is 180 yen.
