Food trip! The Boston Fair is a fair where royal host-focused menus are offered under the theme of "Boston," a port town that has a long history and is the birthplace of the United States. There will be a plate that expresses "surf and turf" that combines steak and seafood, the new lobster, and dessert that is inspired by the famous "Boston cream pie".

You can choose the sauce from "Demi-glace butter sauce", "Garlic cream sauce", "Grated yuzupon vinegar sauce", "Dashi soy sauce and parsley garlic butter". The price is 100g (3.53oz) 2,480 yen and 225g (7.94oz) 3,480 yen.

A dessert inspired by Boston's famous Boston cream pie. Brulee cream is sandwiched between sponge cakes and covered with chocolate sauce. The price is 480 yen.
