"Kobe Beef Gozen" is a limited-time product that inherited the "Good JAPAN" series, which started in 2013 and supports attractive domestic ingredients from all over Japan. The idea is to "enhance Japan through food." A set using high-quality Kobe beef that meets the strictest standards among Japanese black beef. It is characterized by its smooth, high-quality fat and "clear taste" that you won't get tired of eating.


The carefully baked Kobe beef steak rice is colored with fragrant Maitake mushrooms, Bunashimeji mushrooms, and Kanro-ni chestnuts, and the soy sauce pickles of Hokkaido wasabi tightens the whole.
