I tried "Rizap Beef Salad" sold at Yoshinoya. Even without rice, there was enough volume for one meal and it was a full stomach.
It is a collaboration menu supervised by Lizap, a private gym. The price is 540 yen (tax included). Compared to beef bowls, you have to wait a little after ordering. In a large bowl, shredded leaves are put, and meat and onions, chicken, mixed beans, broccoli, which are the ingredients of beef bowl, are placed on it, and a soft-boiled egg is also attached as a topping.
The calorie is 430 kcal. It is high in protein and low in sugar. It is said that one meal weighs more than 300g (10.58oz), so it seems that the volume of appearance is larger than that of beef bowl.
When I put on the attached dressing and put on the chopsticks, the broccoli is softly cooked while leaving the bright green. The beans have a firm texture and the shredded leaves are fluffy. Vegetables are not very tasty even with dressing.
On the other hand, the gyudon ingredients have a strong sweetness and saltiness. Just like eating rice and meat together in a beef bowl, you can enjoy a good balance with this salad by putting vegetables and meat together in your mouth. The chopsticks go on with the thick egg taste and the chicken flavor that is different from the beef, and you can squeeze it with the same force as the beef bowl.
By the time the bowl is empty, your hunger will be completely settled, so it looks good when you want to eat beef bowl but the rice is heavy.
