Fujiya's new concept shop "Western Confectionery Fujiya" opened on March 27th at the Nihombashi Mitsukoshi Main Store.

A limited-time shop that was founded in Motomachi, Yokohama in 1910 and is a homage to the Fujiya pastry shop at that time. Products with a modern arrangement of the signboard products "Shortcake" and "Milky", which have a history of nearly 100 years, are on sale.

"Strawberry shortcake" Kiwami "" is a shortcake made with 5 strawberries and Hokkaido cream. It is a dish that pursues the deliciousness of fresh cream. The price is 1,400 yen (tax included, same below).

In addition, "Strawberry shortcake" Neiro "" (1,080 yen) using lemon tea flavored syrup, pound dough containing 4 kinds of fruits and walnuts, and Hokkaido butter cream are combined. The "Fujiya Reprint Butter Cake" (1,080 yen), which is based on the image of the original product, will also be available.


"Premium raw milky" is a rich-tasting raw milky made from condensed milk from Hokkaido and pure cream from Hokkaido. The lineup includes three flavors: plain, Amaou strawberry from Fukuoka prefecture, and Daicho Setouchi lemon. You can freely choose your favorite flavor and pack it into 2 pieces (1,080 yen), 3 pieces (1,620 yen), 6 pieces (3,240 yen), and 9 pieces (4,860 yen).


In addition, "Premium Milky Butter Sandwich" (216 yen each), which is inspired by the rich taste of milky, is also available. Milky butter cream using Hokkaido butter, condensed milk, and fresh cream is sandwiched in a crispy cookie dough. The flavors are milky, Amaou strawberry from Fukuoka prefecture, raisin from California, and Daicho Setouchi lemon.
