Matsuya "Premium Kimchi Beef Toji Don"
A combo of fluffy eggs, sweet and sour beef, and spicy kimchi

I ate Matsuya's "Premium Kimchi Beef Toji Don". It's a cup of beef and kimchi with fluffy eggs.

The price is 610 yen (tax included, same below) for (normal) size. I was wondering which one to use, the "Premium Beef Toji Don" (560 yen), which did not contain kimchi, which appeared at the same time, but I thought it would be more fun to have more on it, so I chose it.

Raw eggs are sprinkled on beef rice, but egg binding is the first challenge

Arriving in a large white bowl was a bowl of soft and thick eggs with the ingredients closed. I thought that kimchi would just be put on top as a topping, but it was wrapped in yolk and white meat that had been thawed with beef.

I'll put on chopsticks right away. Perhaps because of the eggs, the sweet flavor of the beef comes out. While thinking that I shouldn't remember "Yanagawa nabe" for a moment, I carry it to my mouth with rice. I usually added raw eggs to the beef rice, so I thought I knew the compatibility, but when I tried to bind the eggs in this way, it was different.

(Medium) size is enough volume. Rice is free, but this time it is as it is

I had Shichimi added, so I thought I'd try it, but since I have kimchi, I'll give it up this time. Chinese cabbage colored red is delicious as usual. When you bring it to your mouth with meat and eggs, you will be happy that the softness, sweetness and spiciness come together. It doesn't have to be separate, but it's an element that makes me a little happy.

You don't have to have kimchi, but it's nice to have it.

Since it was during the campaign period, a large serving of rice was free, but the normal size was enough to fill my stomach.
