◆ KitKat sake

The liquor we collaborated with was "Manju Izumi Karakuchi" from Masuda Sake Brewery. As a result of tasting several brands, it seems that a dry sake with a sharpness that is comparable to the chocolate taste was selected. A powdered version of this "Manju Izumi Karakuchi" is used.


The scent of sake the moment you open the bag is more than you can imagine! When you put it on your tongue, the flavor of sake will appear more vividly. It is the rich flavor and richness that rushes along with the sweetness. It has a sharp aftertaste while retaining the mellowness of white chocolate. Even though I ate chocolate, the mysterious feeling that the flavor of drinking sake remains is addictive!


If you want to drink it with "KitKat sake", the fruity and refreshing "Manjusen Kijoshu" is recommended. Manju Izumi's Daiginjo sake is used during preparation. Please enjoy pairing.

The liquor we collaborated with was "Tsuruume Sour" from Heiwa Sake Brewery. Powdered liquor based on "Tsuruume Sour", which is made by carefully selecting rich ripe plums from "Kishu Minamitakaume" and aging them in sake, is used.


Rich white chocolate, crispy and fragrant wafers, and refreshing plum wine are all in one . A gorgeous scent will come out to your nose. Accent with good acidity that makes plums squeaky. I want to immerse myself in a pleasant lingering sound forever ...!


Before I ate both of them, I thought that they would have a slight scent of alcohol, but the quality exceeded my expectations. I was able to enjoy the flavors of sake and plum wine with my nose and tongue! I think you will be very pleased if you give it as a gift to those who like alcohol.
