Hanamaru Udon "Pork Chinese cabbage ankake"

At each Hanamaru Udon restaurant, the limited-time menu "Pig Rose Chinese Cabbage Ankake" will be on sale from December 18th. Prices start from 530 yen (tax included, prices vary at some stores).

For the special sauce, we use "Kiyoyu soup" with plenty of seafood flavors such as scallops, shrimp, and oysters. The sesame oil added to the finish brings together the flavors of the ingredients, and the aroma stirs up your appetite.

It is also a point that you can enjoy it hot until the end by sprinkling the sauce on the crispy Chinese cabbage and soft pork. It is a perfect dish for this season, warming your body and soul to the core.
