A chicken-based Chinese steamed bun that appears in time for the Christmas season. After heating the chicken with steam, both sides are baked over charcoal, so you can enjoy the aroma.
Two types of teriyaki sauce are used: the fragrant "re-prepared soy sauce" and the strong-tasting "Toromimaru soy sauce". Furthermore, roasted soy sauce powder is added to make it rich in flavor. The balance between the sweet and spicy sauce and the slightly sour mayonnaise is exquisite.
