This is a smoothie with apple jam with flesh and cream cheese with a fluffy cinnamon scent. Whipped cream with cream cheese and caramel sauce are used, which are fluffy finished by the espuma method.

Sprinkle sugar-coated tart dough on top of the cream to add a crispy texture like a pie. The combination of crispy apples with cinnamon scent, whipped cream with rich cream cheese, and finished caramel sauce and tart is said to be a drink like "apple pie".
